There are thousands of varieties of bird chillies grown throughout the world, and here we offer seeds for a beloved thai variety. Birds do actually eat these peppers, which is a fun bonus if you like your yard to support local wildlife, and of course people eat them too. These chillies are about 1 inch long and can be eaten green, orange or red ripe. They are about 10 times as hot as a jalapeno by weight but since they are so tiny its easy to use one or two in your dish and not overwhelm it with heat. Small chili peppers do great in Miamis hot climate!
