Dragons tongue is a popular bean variety grown by some of our favorite color farmers, like French Farms & Tiny Farms. While the purple splotching can get a bit bleached out due to the heat these beans are very productive and easy to use in the kitchen. This is a bush variety so it wont need trellising and will make low compact easy to manage plants. Pick beans every other day for continual harvest of fresh pods or wait and let them dry on the plant for dry/ shelling beans.
