harvest notes: pick tomatoes when they are as ripe as possible. They should be fully colored and firm and picked regularly to avoid overloading plants.
This variety does well in hot, humid climates. The red tomatoes weigh about 6 Oz and grow on determinate vines. They are firm and have good flavor, making a good choice for home gardens and market growers. Floradade, as the name suggests, was bred for growing in our favorite state: Florida, mixed with our favorite county: Dade! Resistant to Verticilium Wilt and will set fruit in temperatures of up to 100 degrees.
