These adorable hot and sweet peppers are similar to a “bishops crown” pepper in both shape and flavor. Flesh of these small cute peppers are sweet and the seeds pack some heat, so they can be used diversely in the kitchen. Small peppers do well in Miami for some reason, which is why we focus some of our attention on them: biquinho, aji dulce, datil and mad hatter are all great small pepper varieties for South Florida. Compact bushy plants bear tons of fruit and look adorable in the garden too!
