Come make magical memories in the garden on Saturday May 11th with a special Mother's Day herbal class. This class is open for anyone who wants to come and spend the day learning in the sunshine. Join south Florida native herbalist Justine Hazelcorn. Justine joined our farm team for the 2016 season and since then she has been traveling the country working on herb farms, studying & practicing herbalism and learning all she can about the magical practice of healing with herbs. Her journey started with a coveted season long internship at Herb Pharm in Oregon, followed by an apprenticeship at Flower Power (one of Manhattans oldest apothecaries), and then went on to graduate from the North East School of Botanical Medicine in 2019. Currently Justine is currently studying nursing which she hopes to later use in conjunction with her herbal teachings; bridging the gap between Western and herbal medicine. We are thrilled to have her back in Miami and back in our nursery space to share her wealth of knowledge with you all.

Come celebrate the power of the matriarch by spending the day diving deep into mother earth herself. Together we will making a healing hands salve (because no one works harder than mom) made with some of our all time favorite herbs like calendula, plantain leaf and marshmallow root. We will also be making a heart warming tincture that embodies the femininity that our mothers and their mothers before them have gifted to us. This workshop is open to everyone and is also the last of the season so don't miss out!
