This is one of the coolest looking tomatoes we grow and it’s a personal favorite of us farmers. It’s an old Italian heirloom with fruit that look like little pumpkins! Imagine a flattened tomato with very deep lobes that look almost pleated. Besides it’s interesting appearance it has the deepest flavor of any other variety of its size that we’ve tried. While its not a top producer in terms of quantity of fruit we think its definitely worth a spot in your garden if you’re looking for unique fruit.
