Li Ren Bok Choi is a dwarf variety which means when it is fully mature its still quite small; only about 6 inches tall. Despite being short, this variety is very dense and makes a surprising amount of food in one little package. We consider this variety of bok choi to be one of the easiest to grow greens for beginner gardeners. We sell this plant in 6 packs so that you can plant a whole collection of them in one square foot. they can get quite crowded and push each other around but as you harvest them one by one to use in the kitchen they will keep growing and take advantage of the new space.
