Spring is the best season to plant tropical fruit trees. We have left this list here for research purposes, if you are hoping to shop for fruit trees please call first to see what we have in stock.
The fruit & spice trees that we can grow in South Florida are very different to the rest of the country because we don’t ever experience frost or freezing temperatures. Our climate is much warmer and more tropical than the rest of our country, which is why we get to plant mangos, lychees, avocados and spices like lemongrass, ginger & cardamom. While sometimes we also dream of growing apples & peaches we also celebrate the tropical vibes of our unique climate.
