This is an eclectic home on the water with an emphasis on art, leisure and quality of life. The terrace garden is located just outside of the main bedroom door on the second floor. It overlooks the backyard with its huge pool, dock and carefully curated fruit trees. Originally built in 2018, featuring 6 elevated cedar planters for growing traditional  kitchen garden crops like tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuces and herbs. Since then our team has worked on several versions of the garden, including one season when many planters were added for tons of blooming wildflowers, and another season when the owners wanted to expand onto other portions of the roof. This garden gets exceptional sun exposure and a constant sea breeze, both of which help with natural pest management.
